Throughout the Bible, the Lord reminds people to tell all generations of their LORD'S wonderful works. Part of what that means for us as a church is that we must preserve the memory of how God has worked in and through our lives. A church that has a strong sense of its history will have a better sense of identity to build on for the future. Each year we take a look back to rediscover how our church came into being, what our early ministry was like, and how it has grown and changed over the years.
Church anniversary is a time when the church celebrates its past, while it thematically points to a vision of its future. We utilize church anniversary celebrations to impart and reflect on our history, reconnect with our former members, especially those who have moved away to other cities and states, and to highlight our church's central purpose in the local community and the world.
It is with great pleasure and excitement, that Pastor Mark Q. Carter, Sr., Lady Kimberly R. Carter and the members of The Greater Faith Church of Deliverance invite you and your family to come and be a part of our Annual Church Anniversary Celebration.
